Support KFC equity restaurants' sales and profitability through restaurant-level financial planning, consolidation, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Process end-to-end vendor payments across markets, execute and control manual/foreign payments, verify invoice and payment accuracy, coordinate approvals and remittances, maintain audit-ready payment records, and liaise with Cash Control to ensure payment funding and invoice booking before runs.

Lead CRO and UX research for KFC's Atlas web and mobile platform. Conduct qualitative usability testing and in-market studies, partner with Analytics for funnel analysis and A/B experimentation, prioritize optimization hypotheses, validate localization, and build scalable research and experimentation capabilities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention across global markets.

Own audience segment creation, validation, activation, and governance across CRM/CDP platforms. Partner with CRM, Media, and Data Analytics to translate marketing use cases into scalable audience logic, perform SQL-based data exploration, QA audiences, document requirements, and troubleshoot audience-related issues to support lifecycle and personalized marketing campaigns.

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closings, oversee AR and billing, perform monthly P&L analysis, review contracts and balance sheet reconciliations, assess tech vendor financials, partner with shared services and cross-functional teams, and coordinate with internal audit on franchise and COOP fund audits to drive financial accuracy, compliance, and process improvements.

Develop, validate, and improve machine learning models (regression, classification, forecasting, optimization). Prepare data, perform feature engineering, train and evaluate models, and support deployment with Data/ML Engineering. Communicate results, document methods, and collaborate on experiments and cross-functional initiatives.
