Drive KONE Americas’ modernization growth strategy through sales enablement, business development, training, CRM governance, forecasting, analytics, incentives, and change management. Lead cross-functional initiatives, improve sales force effectiveness, strengthen pipeline discipline, develop sales tools and collateral, and translate market and customer insights into practical growth programs. Leads business controlling activities by advising business leaders, analyzing performance, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, consolidation, scenario planning, financial controls, and executive summaries. The role partners across the organization to improve financial awareness, validate forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in the Business Controlling function.

Leads the Americas Learning and Development strategy, programs, technologies, governance, budgets, analytics, and regional L&D teams. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps, build learning frameworks, deliver impactful development programs, strengthen organizational capabilities, and align workforce development with business objectives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Provides hands-on HR operations and employee lifecycle support across onboarding, employee changes, payroll inputs, offboarding, engagement, performance, and talent processes. Maintains HR systems and data, prepares workforce reports, supports South African employment compliance including BBBEE and Employment Equity, and improves HR processes. Partners with employees, managers, business leaders, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and global P&C teams while handling confidential information.

Manages customer relationships and maintenance-service sales within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include renewals, contract conversions, market development, pricing, sales forecasting, collections support, bidding, proposal preparation, CRM updates, customized quotations, order verification, customer complaint resolution, and coordination with internal teams. The role also supports cross-selling, customer satisfaction, reporting, and business-related training and meetings.

Provides back-office sales support, including tenders, orders, customer inquiries, CRM and SAP data maintenance, lead assignment, design approvals, invoicing, overdue payment tracking, reporting, office administration, and organizing customer visits and events.

Supports the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa Regional Leadership Team through complex diary, event, and travel management. Coordinates stakeholder engagement and leadership meetings, prepares briefs, minutes, and presentations, manages communications, transcribes and proofreads documents, and maintains confidential records. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a multinational, fast-paced environment.

Leads end-to-end logistics operations for materials and installation tools, including inventory, warehousing, customs clearance, transportation, distribution, and supplier coordination. Monitors KPIs, SLAs, costs, shipments, and inventory accuracy; manages logistics providers, compliance, reporting dashboards, safety programs, and corrective actions. Supports budget reviews, invoice reconciliation, stock replenishment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
