Lead development and execution of proactive recruiting and employer branding strategies, build talent pipelines and campus relationships, manage internship and onboarding programs, ensure compliance with employment and regulatory laws, partner with leadership and marketing to meet workforce needs.

Review and reconcile daily CTR entries, verify and adjust customer/transaction data, electronically file CTRs to FinCEN within regulatory deadlines, process e-filing errors, identify and review CTR exemptions, retain monetary instrument records, provide CTR-related training, and support BSA/AML projects and management.

Support commercial lenders and private banking officers by coordinating loan and deposit processes, serving as member point-of-contact, preparing payoff quotes and reports, processing transfers/wires, managing fraud and account issues, ensuring regulatory compliance (AML/BSA), and assisting with business development and member service.

Serve commercial clients by managing policies, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims, and certificates. Work with risk advisors, carriers, and underwriters to resolve service requests, retain accounts, use agency systems (e.g., Applied Epic), and deliver timely, accurate client support.

Support loan officers by underwriting new and renewal commercial loans, preparing loan packages, monitoring portfolio performance, completing problem asset reports, assisting with closings and credit monitoring, interacting with members and prospects, and working on projects to improve portfolio management while ensuring compliance with AML/BSA requirements.

Provide investment advice and recommendations, execute buy/sell orders, process deposits, maintain client communication and compliance, complete required continuing education, and follow AML/BSA regulations.

Support Commercial Lines account team by processing audits, endorsements, proofs of insurance, and policy documentation; retrieve carrier data; assemble and deliver client policy packets; attend meetings and participate in carrier website training.

The On Call Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service, handle calls, and assist various branches as needed while maintaining professionalism.
