Evaluates the financial condition and creditworthiness of commercial and consumer applicants. Performs financial analysis, business spreads, personal and global cash-flow modeling, credit bureau research, ratio calculations, and underwriting support for lenders and bank leaders. Reviews tax returns, financial statements, industry trends, and market data; documents debt-service capacity and credit risks. Maintains regulatory compliance with AML and BSA requirements while supporting process improvements and preparing credit analysis reports.

Supports commercial lenders and private banking officers with loan and deposit processes, member service, account administration, payment and transfer requests, fraud-related actions, reporting, and business development activities. Serves as a portfolio contact, resolves member issues, coordinates with internal departments, monitors past-due payments and deposit exceptions, and ensures compliance with AML and BSA requirements.

Analyzes business needs, documents software requirements, leads process re-engineering, evaluates banking system solutions, develops test plans, supports implementations, manages system changes, and serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role requires banking experience, FIS IBS expertise, strong analytical and documentation skills, and knowledge of AML and BSA regulations.

Processes tax liens, levies, garnishments, withholding orders, and subpoenas confidentially and accurately. Supports branch personnel and members with legal-order inquiries, maintains compliance with applicable laws and AML/BSA regulations, conducts detailed research and documentation, and may represent the bank in court as keeper of records.

Analyzes commercial and consumer financial information to support credit underwriting and portfolio management. Responsibilities include spreading financial statements, preparing personal and business cash flows, calculating ratios, reviewing tax returns and credit reports, documenting business trends, and supporting lenders and bank management with credit analysis. The role requires strong financial document interpretation, organization, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access.

Supports commercial loan officers with portfolio management, credit analysis, underwriting, loan renewals, financial statement review, covenant tracking, problem asset reporting, closing requirements, and exception resolution. Provides member service, participates in prospect and member meetings, supports banking transactions and referrals, assists with process-improvement projects, and ensures compliance with AML and BSA regulations. Requires commercial credit underwriting experience, banking knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Provides administrative, loan documentation, portfolio management, compliance, and customer support for commercial bankers. Assists with underwriting, loan closings, deposit account openings, credit reports, relationship summaries, account maintenance, referrals, vendor tracking, and regulatory requirements including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.

Performs daily and monthly general ledger reconciliations for loan accounts, compiles reports, researches and clears outstanding entries, and identifies unusual activity. Provides transaction-entry guidance and training to bank employees while delivering internal and external member service. Requires financial or accounting experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, independent judgment, and knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.

Reviews check and deposit fraud alerts, payment decisions, signatures, and bill payment exceptions. Determines whether activity should be waived, escalated, or opened as a fraud case. Supports branches and business units with fraud guidance, deposit holds, member notifications, SAR referrals, and documentation. Ensures compliance with AML, BSA, and applicable banking regulations while safeguarding confidential customer information.

Sell personal lines insurance through a consultative process. Build referral relationships with banking, mortgage, real estate, and insurance partners; assess client needs; recommend coverage; explain policy features and costs; use carrier rating systems and underwriting guidelines; generate business through calls, emails, and referrals; collaborate with service teams; and meet annual sales goals. An active North Carolina Property and Casualty license is required before starting.
