Supports the transformation of AustralianSuper’s Financial Advice operation by developing business requirements, process models, and transition plans. The role contributes to workforce planning, change initiatives, business testing, implementation, and hypercare activities. It requires strong business analysis experience in financial advice or planning, ideally within superannuation, along with expertise in requirements management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk and issue analysis, and Agile or Waterfall project environments.

Manage data, reporting and dashboards, run risk workshops, liaise with stakeholders, and improve processes, systems and automation (including AI tools) to support vendor risk oversight and board-level reporting.

Lead third-party governance and procurement for the Fund: design and implement vendor due diligence, risk-rating and remediation processes, oversee supplier reviews, drive procurement strategy and spend optimisation, represent the Fund in commercial negotiations, and ensure processes support global expansion and applicable regulatory requirements.
