Senior Business Analyst on a 12-month contract to gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements, map current and future processes, manage risks/dependencies, support business case and RFP activities, drive process improvements, support change integration, and engage stakeholders to deliver data privacy management enhancements.

Support day-to-day adviser operations across processes, systems and data. Manage fee batch processing, adviser onboarding, licensee movements and third-party authorities. Maintain CRM and core system records, resolve issues, support system changes, testing and reporting, and engage stakeholders to improve tools and member experience.

Lead end-to-end design of complex member experiences on a 12-month contract: drive discovery and research, define problems, produce build-ready UX/UI, partner with Product and Engineering, and influence stakeholders to deliver user-centred outcomes.

Provide in‑house legal advice across the Fund on regulatory, employment, commercial and tribunal matters; manage external counsel, develop precedent documents, review policies, monitor legislative changes, and support investigations and dispute resolution.

Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and commentary, monitor financial position, support annual planning and multi-year forecasting, build relationships with enterprise leaders, identify efficiencies, improve planning/forecasting through automation and data tools, and contribute to finance transformation including AI-enabled analysis.

Lead and maintain the Fund's AML/CTF and fraud frameworks, provide enterprise-wide financial crime advice and oversight, act as AML Officer, oversee controls and remediation, support change management, liaise with regulators and law enforcement, and build stakeholder relationships to strengthen risk governance.

Analyze and document business, information and process requirements for digital member initiatives. Elicit and validate requirements via workshops and research, produce documentation (requirements, process maps) in Jira/Confluence, support estimation/prioritisation, participate in agile ceremonies, and partner with delivery teams to implement and test solutions that improve member experiences.

Manage a portfolio of complex death claims end-to-end, support claimants with empathy, coordinate with insurers and third parties, maintain case queues and workflows, and resolve cases efficiently while supporting team members.

Manage end-to-end contact centre incidents, coordinate investigations and remediation, support third-party providers, strengthen risk and control frameworks, partner with Risk/Audit/Fraud/Operations, monitor risk indicators, prepare post-incident reviews and governance reporting, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage end-to-end execution of direct private credit transactions, ensuring compliance with the Fund's Direct Transaction Standard. Coordinate internal stakeholders (legal, tax, ESG, ODD, finance), track deal pipeline, budgets and costs, prepare approval meeting materials and minutes, improve transaction workflows and playbooks, support reporting and post-mortems, and contribute to process and capability development for the Private Credit team.
