The role also contributes to strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives while delivering compliant, data-driven member communications.

Design and deliver cross-channel marketing automation programs across email, SMS, and digital channels using Marketo. Build personalised lifecycle journeys, segmented campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs while managing testing, quality assurance, compliance, and documentation. Analyse performance, improve member outcomes, support data integration and targeting initiatives, and collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, technology, and digital product stakeholders. The role requires strong customer data expertise and experience translating business requirements into technical campaign solutions.
