Lead business development for APL Logistics in North America by generating leads, managing relationships, identifying opportunities, designing supply-chain solutions (freight, order management, transloading, distribution), and closing deals. Produce market reports, develop customer contact and relationship plans, coordinate with product owners, and support new product initiatives including regional distribution hubs and data analytics services.

Deliver data services (Data Quality Analytics or Data Guaranteed) for customers: produce DQA reports, track and reconcile shipment milestones, validate EDI events, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, and maintain timely system updates per SLAs.
