Lead an HR team partnering with business leaders across the employee lifecycle: strategy, talent management, recruitment, payroll governance, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Drive HR initiatives, succession planning, audits, and budget/headcount management while coaching managers and standardizing HR processes to align with business objectives.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and creative assets for internal and external communications.
