Lead and manage country-level logistics operations including planning, staffing, budgeting, compliance, customer relationship management, 2PL and supplier network expansion, business continuity, process improvements, performance metrics, and people leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance and sustainable growth.

Deliver data services (Data Quality Analytics or Data Guaranteed) by producing regular DQA reports, abstracting and validating shipment/EDI data, reconciling discrepancies, tracking shipment milestones, liaising with stakeholders and service providers for error resolution, and ensuring timely updates to the APLL system per SLA.

Support accounts receivable and billing operations: prepare and verify customized statements, post accurate accounting entries, update GFF for cargo releases, handle invoice voiding/credit memos, resolve billing disputes, respond to cashier and functional mailboxes, extract system data for stakeholders, meet SLAs/KPIs, back up teammates and lead, and train new staff. Must work night shift when required.

Support design, development, testing, configuration, and implementation of EDI and API integrations. Develop EDI maps, APIs, test plans, and documentation. Assist with coding, static analysis, releases, user training, vendor management, and compliance activities. Work with logistics/SCM stakeholders to maintain and improve integration solutions.

Perform timely application of checks/wires and resolve unapplied cash/disputes within SLA. Liaise with customers, AR collectors, and stakeholders, maintain documentation, respond to emails same day, and support process improvements and ad-hoc tasks.

Identify and pursue target customers for freight forwarding and logistics services; build and manage customer relationships; diagnose supply-chain pain points and sell appropriate solutions; track opportunities and sales activity; manage customer onboarding, credit setup, contracts, and accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely payment.

Lead country operations for logistics: manage planning, staffing, budgets, performance, compliance, and process improvements. Drive customer/stakeholder engagement, service gap remediation, business continuity, and operational excellence while developing teams, enforcing safety and financial controls, and supporting growth.

Supervise and coordinate General Ledger operations for SEA countries, ensuring timely monthly closes, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, stakeholder liaison, aged item clearance, reporting, staff coaching, process improvement, and support for system changes.

Provide end-to-end administrative support for an enterprise ERP program: maintain master project plan, governance artifacts (RAID, status reports), schedule and run meetings, manage documentation/version control, administer project tools, and track actions and risks for the Lead PM.

Manage timely application of checks and wire transfers, resolve unapplied cash and disputes, liaise with customers and AR collectors, monitor reports and KPIs, maintain documentation, perform data extraction and daily backup tasks, and support continuous process improvements.
