Lead supplier performance monitoring and compliance efforts: develop scorecards and KPIs, conduct reviews and audits, manage corrective actions and remediation, assess financial and safety risks, collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, EHS and TPRM teams, and prepare executive reports to ensure supplier continuity and regulatory adherence.

Lead design, deployment, and management of enterprise security controls (firewalls, identity, SIEM, cloud security, SASE). Assess complex wireless facility projects for FAA and FCC filing and compliance requirements; prepare, submit, track, and close FAA OE and FCC ASR filings; validate regulatory data; investigate and resolve filing discrepancies; provide technical guidance, training, and quality assurance; support due diligence and corrective actions; monitor NOTAM-related compliance and coordinate corrections.

Manage pre-sale support, business development, and leasing of tower and ground space to non-wireless accounts. Lead customer calls, build pipelines, forecast in Salesforce.com, support credit and application processes, collaborate across sales teams, and meet leasing revenue goals while providing strong customer service and negotiation.
