Provides first-line technical support for ASML EUV semiconductor systems at customer sites. Diagnoses equipment issues, performs repairs, retrofits, preventive maintenance, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging. The role emphasizes machine learning innovation, GPU acceleration, and advanced process modeling.

Coordinates PAS scanner manufacturing and refurbishment projects from initiation through factory output and installation closure. Collaborates with production, engineering, planning, logistics, customer support, sales, and business teams to manage schedules, quality, costs, materials, resources, risks, and delivery commitments. Tracks performance, prepares project and budget reports, escalates issues, supports operational reviews, and contributes to continuous improvement. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and execution skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
