The Enterprise Business Development Representative will generate revenue opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive business success within the Demand Generation team.

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will generate high-quality opportunities for new revenue in a fast-growing SaaS company, focusing on large enterprises and utilizing AI solutions.

Lead and run Sidetrade's BPO collections operation in Dublin as a showcase of the company’s O2C AI platform. Set strategy, manage day-to-day operations to meet SLAs, embed automation and Aimie, coach and grow a collections team, collaborate with Product, manage budget and margins, and communicate performance to customers and senior stakeholders.

Design, build, operate, and modernize private cloud infrastructure supporting Linux and Ansible systems on Hyper-V. Install and maintain containerized SaaS applications, monitoring, logging, databases, networking, and secure infrastructure. Collaborate with DevOps, R&D, and operations teams; troubleshoot mission-critical virtualized environments; monitor system health, availability, and performance; and support secure design aligned with ISO 27001 standards.

Lead and build the marketing operations and agentic AI layer: define production standards for AI agents, deliver production-grade agents for lead scoring/enrichment/prospection/attribution, own martech stack and vendor decisions, report business outcomes to execs and board, hire and run a marketing engineering team, and cut tool costs while ensuring measurable revenue impact.

Define and drive the roadmap for the Credit Risk product, conducting discovery with stakeholders, managing the product backlog, and collaborating on product development and launch readiness.

Write and shape Sidetrade's equity story for institutional investors: prepare earnings presentations, press releases, investor decks, analyst Q&A, roadshow materials, and investor communications in English and French. Manage investor CRM, organize meetings and shareholder events, run market and competitive research, and support CEO/CFO preparation for financial communications while using AI tools like Claude.

The Enterprise Account Manager will develop a portfolio of enterprise customers, focus on customer relationships, manage subscriptions and contracts, and generate additional business revenue for the company.
