Lead manufacturing process development, supplier qualification, and automation for mechanical components. Define processes, select and qualify equipment and suppliers, drive DFM and DOE-based improvements, resolve production issues, and support production ramp in partnership with quality, materials, sourcing, and product teams.

Build and maintain finance-focused data pipelines and models powering revenue, LTV, scorecards, and RevOps. Integrate finance systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, e-commerce), ensure data quality, compliance, and automate reporting. Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and BI; contribute to lakehouse and data mesh efforts over time.

Lead cross-functional program management for retail market launches across the Americas. Own end-to-end program lifecycle, coordinate Sales/Marketing/Finance/Legal/Logistics, assess and mitigate market-specific risks, track KPIs, manage stakeholder relationships and external retail partners, and implement scalable processes to support retail expansion in LATAM, Canada, and emerging U.S. channels.
