Oversee day-to-day delivery and warehouse operations, assist the Location Manager, recruit and retain contractors, build client relationships, enforce operational policies, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support efficiency and business growth. Acts as manager‑in‑training to become Location Manager.

Provide administrative support to managers and driver teams: answer calls and emails, monitor routes, perform data entry, filing, onboarding documentation, and use Microsoft Office and web-based systems in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Lead day-to-day operations for one or more delivery locations, build client relationships to secure business, manage independent contractor partnerships, P&L and operating/warehouse expenses, recruit and retain contractors, oversee routing and QC, run meetings/stand-ups, document performance and provide weekly location recaps.

Provide administrative and customer-service support for delivery operations: monitor routes, assemble and file route paperwork, answer phones and emails, assist onboarding and driver issues, process orders/returns, update inventory and reports, and support warehouse daily functions and customer/vendor communications.

Serve as primary HR partner for assigned business units, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, compliance, and engagement. Conduct investigations, recommend corrective actions, support HR programs, analyze workforce data, and drive culture and change initiatives while ensuring consistent application of policies and employment law.

Provide administrative support for final-mile locations by validating and reconciling delivery paperwork, performing accurate data entry, answering inbound calls, assisting with back-of-truck check-in, and coordinating with logistics teams. Ensure compliance with badges/uniforms, handle escalations, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Provide administrative and customer-support tasks for managers and delivery teams: route monitoring, phone and email handling, filing, order updates, POD processing, vendor contact, inventory updates, nightly closing reports, and assist warehouse and onboarding duties.

Manage dedicated customer shipments and carrier relationships: build and tender loads, coordinate pickups/deliveries, track freight, resolve operational issues, negotiate rates, and meet brokerage KPIs.
