Design, develop, and support client-facing PrismHR HCM SaaS applications using C#/.NET. Deliver high-quality, scalable code, ensure code quality via testing and reviews, collaborate with product/design/DevOps, participate in Agile ceremonies, estimate work, manage technical debt, and support production.

Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, run Agile ceremonies, manage concurrent SaaS software projects end-to-end, track delivery roadmaps, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements using metrics.

Design, edit, and manage e-learning content for PrismHR/PrismHCM and acquired platforms. Create quizzes and knowledge checks, edit video, publish Articulate 360 courses, administer the LMS, provide troubleshooting and stakeholder training, and contribute to team reviews, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

Administer group benefits programs as primary client/vendor contact. Ensure plan accuracy, perform quality checks, assist with claims and enrollments, process life status changes, manage leaves and disability paperwork, and produce allocation and billing reports.

Draft and review employment contracts across locations, verify onboarding information, answer contract and policy questions, identify process issues, apply training, and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.

Process payroll for a nationwide client base: enter client data, review timesheets, import payroll information, assist with QA, resolve client and employee payroll issues, and learn/payroll software Prism. Requires strong organization, multitasking, and MS Office skills.

Implement and support clients' time and labor management systems, assess configuration requests, respond to client inquiries, maintain project documentation, provide training, testing, and troubleshooting, and collaborate with peers to optimize software usage and deliver best practices.

Serve as primary client contact for benefits and open enrollment. Validate benefit plans and HRIS data, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, present renewals, ensure regulatory compliance, advise employees, run reports, and perform post-enrollment validation.

Process payroll for a national client base: enter client data, review timesheets, import payroll information, assist QA, resolve client/employee payroll issues, and maintain client relationships while using Prism and MS Office.
