Manages Xsolla’s CCA community across Baku, the Caucasus, and Central Asia by planning events, maintaining stakeholder relationships, coordinating invitations and engagement activities, creating community communications, supporting registration campaigns, collaborating with marketing and social teams, tracking event details, hosting on-site activities, capturing leads and feedback, and preparing post-event reports.

Own features from design through deployment, improve legacy code, and ensure production readiness through observability, incident response, and performance optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to architecture and estimation, mentor engineers, review code, and use AI coding tools responsibly to accelerate development and testing.

Owns web strategy, publishing operations, CMS workflows, launch execution, lead-generation integrations, UX optimization, analytics, and cross-functional coordination across Xsolla’s websites and subsites. The role manages publishing reliability, SEO implementation, templates, conversion flows, marketing requests, and platform improvements while partnering with Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and DataOps.

Build and nurture Xsolla’s MENA gaming community through events, relationship management, content, invitations, membership activities, and regional partnerships. The role manages guest lists, event registration, communications, engagement campaigns, event tracking, CRM handoffs, and post-event reporting. It is an on-site Dubai position with occasional regional travel and collaboration across marketing, social media, events, business development, and local partners.

Coordinates Dubai and UAE events, including venue and vendor sourcing, sponsorship deliverables, community events, budgets, hotel bookings, registration, event listings, speaker logistics, creative briefs, and on-site delivery. Maintains event roadmaps and supports positive guest experiences at local events and Xsolla Club. Requires strong UAE market knowledge, vendor relationships, and proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
