ABOUT THE ROLE

xsolla.com and its subsites are where developers, partners and customers first meet Xsolla. We are looking for a Senior Digital Experience Manager to own how that experience runs and improves day to day: planning and shipping launches, keeping publishing fast and reliable, and continuously making the site more engaging and effective.

You will be the operational bridge between Marketing, Product Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Product, Design, Copywriting, Engineering, DataOps, DevOps, Legal and Events. You will turn business priorities into web experiences that scale, and partner closely with the Product Owner on where the platform goes next.

    East Coast preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Web Strategy and Optimization

  • Execute and continuously optimize web strategy across xsolla.com and all subsites.

  • Find and act on opportunities to improve engagement, site effectiveness and user experience.

  • Use analytics, UX feedback and user-journey insights to prioritize improvements, working with Product and Self-Service.

  • Turn business priorities into clear, actionable web initiatives.

  • Web Operations and Publishing

  • Own day-to-day web operations and publishing workflows.

  • Run launch execution, release readiness and ongoing site updates.

  • Manage intake, prioritization and delivery of marketing, launch and go-to-market web requests, escalating business-critical needs with Product and Engineering.

  • Keep a clear, shared view of active web initiatives and priorities.

  • CMS and Platform Operations

  • Act as operational lead for the CMS and publishing systems behind xsolla.com.

  • Work hands-on: build, update and publish directly in the CMS, while leading Web Ops and coordinating Product, Design, Development, SEO, DataOps and DevOps.

  • Partner with Product on template improvements and contributor workflows.

  • Keep templates, metadata, SEO implementation and UX standards consistent.

  • Support migrations and help the web ecosystem scale operationally.

  • Lead Generation and Website Workflows

  • Own operational outcomes for go-to-market and lead-generation workflows, including meeting-booking experiences, lead capture and routing, and Pardot and Salesforce integrations (current tooling includes Chili Piper).

  • Resolve issues directly or coordinate with Marketing Operations and Salesforce admins.

  • Keep these systems aligned with Marketing, Sales, Events and campaign execution.

  • Cross-functional Leadership

  • Be the go-to web lead for Integrated Marketing and go-to-market stakeholders.

  • Run recurring syncs, launch planning and implementation alignment across Marketing, PMM, Sales, PR, Events, Design and Engineering.

  • Align day-to-day execution with platform capabilities and the Product roadmap.

  • UX and Analytics

  • Provide UX feedback and user-journey recommendations across web initiatives.

  • Work with Design and Product to improve information architecture, navigation, usability and conversion flows.

  • Partner with SEO, Analytics and DataOps to track engagement and surface optimization opportunities.

  • Monitor traffic, engagement, conversion, booking performance and publishing velocity.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 6–8+ years in web, digital experience or website operations roles, including at least 2–3 years leading cross-functional launches or running a large multi-site website, ideally at a B2B or technology company.

  • Hands-on experience running a CMS and publishing workflow at scale, including templates, metadata and SEO implementation, and comfort building and publishing pages yourself.

  • Technical web fluency: not a developer, but able to troubleshoot and tell whether an issue is content, CMS configuration, analytics, infrastructure, Product or Development work.

  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) and content governance.

  • Working knowledge of marketing and lead-generation tooling such as Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement) and Chili Piper.

  • A strong UX eye and comfort using analytics to find problems and prove improvements.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional launches and keep many stakeholders aligned without direct authority.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, and a bias for reliable execution.

  • Nice to have: Experience with website migrations, experimentation and A/B testing, or the video game industry.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

  • Launches ship on time, high quality and release-ready.

  • Website engagement and effectiveness improve over time.

  • Publishing is efficient and uninterrupted.

  • Stakeholders feel supported and aligned.

  • Web operations scale across xsolla.com and its subsites.
