Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and supplier management for capital, site engineering, and operations. Drive RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, cost-reduction, KPIs, risk assessments, and cross-functional teams using e-sourcing tools (Ariba/SAP). Apply Lean principles and ensure procurement compliance.

Lead and coordinate IT projects end-to-end: establish PM processes, assemble plans, track milestones, manage cross-functional teams, and develop/maintain software and database applications using .NET, C#, Blazor, SQL, and web technologies. Test in QA and create REST/CRUD APIs while adapting to new tools and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; coordinate background checks and drug tests; create job descriptions; deliver new-hire onboarding and orientations; partner with hiring managers and run job fairs across Puerto Rico.

Design and support small-scale automated equipment: PLC programming, vision system and robot integration, CAD modeling and wiring schematics, SCADA/HMI and PLC application development, and ensure safety and quality compliance while delivering R&D and implementation projects.
