Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to one or more members of management and/or staff.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support daily business operations.
- Assist with payroll-related processes and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities.
- Respond to routine and non-routine inquiries and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and manage communications using email and other business tools.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience with payroll processes required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with management, staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends and Holidays.
Skills Required
