Provides application support and business analysis for proprietary insurance rating and policy issuance systems. Partners with North America Specialty Risk leadership on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI development, cost management, profitability improvement, and executive FP&A presentations. Analyzes actual and projected results against budgets, provides business insights, and supports FP&A transformation projects. The role requires extensive property and casualty industry experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and modest overnight travel.

Delivers training and ongoing support to premium audit staff covering workers compensation, general liability, audit procedures, regulatory standards, and department systems. Designs training programs, develops educational materials, mentors trainees, administers assessments, tracks development data, communicates procedural updates, and supports onboarding. The role also monitors regulatory and industry changes, partners with quality and compliance teams, and recommends process improvements while maintaining accurate training records.

Designs and implements enterprise security solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Evaluates security technologies, translates requirements into technical architectures, supports secure infrastructure and application deployments, maintains security standards and reference architectures, and mentors junior staff.
