Lead Copado’s India-based technical Customer Success Engineering team supporting strategic Global Capability Centre customers. Drive product adoption, revenue retention, expansion, customer value, renewals, and risk mitigation. Develop team performance, oversee business reviews using CopadoInsights and DORA metrics, manage senior customer relationships, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Sales, Services, Support, Product, and Engineering. Conduct technical discovery, prototypes, documentation, and Quality Intelligence integrations. Enable and support partners through workshops, reference architectures, certification programs, troubleshooting, and architectural guidance. Collaborate with product teams, mentor engineers, and lead innovation initiatives for scalable AI-powered DevOps solutions.

Supports sales opportunities through tailored software demonstrations, architecture presentations, technical workshops, trials, and proofs of concept. Designs scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, responds to RFPs and security questionnaires, supports partners, and represents Copado at events. Advises customers and account teams on technical solutions, business value, implementation considerations, DevOps, release management, data integration, and privacy requirements.

Provides highly technical customer support for the Copado DevOps platform and Salesforce integrations. Responsibilities include managing case queues, troubleshooting complex issues, answering technical questions, documenting and escalating cases, maintaining knowledge-base content, supporting training, reviewing case accuracy, identifying upsell opportunities, and completing projects. The role requires Salesforce, DevOps, SaaS, Git, API, SQL, and troubleshooting expertise, along with strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Lead Copado’s Brand & Creative function, defining brand strategy and creative direction across campaigns, product launches, events, digital experiences, web, social, PR, and executive storytelling. Build scalable, AI-native creative systems, oversee in-house designers and external partners, establish workflows, and align creative output with engagement, conversion, pipeline, and broader go-to-market priorities.

Serve as a technical advisor for enterprise sales opportunities across EMEA. Demonstrate Copado’s testing and AgentOps solutions, deliver tailored architecture presentations, lead workshops, proofs of value, and trials, respond to RFx requests, architect customer solutions, enable partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success, upselling, and sales strategy.

Provide pre-sales technical support across APAC by partnering with Account Executives, designing tailored demonstrations and architectures, leading solution workshops and proofs of value, responding to RFx requests, and architecting customer solutions. The role also enables partners, supports sales strategy, collaborates cross-functionally, attends industry events, and builds relationships with technical stakeholders. Salesforce expertise, enterprise architecture knowledge, presentation skills, and regional travel are required.

Own enterprise customer accounts and provide hands-on technical guidance for Salesforce DevOps teams in India-based GCCs. Develop success plans, optimize release processes, analyze DORA metrics in QBRs, drive platform adoption, mitigate risks, manage escalations, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes and scalable DevOps solutions.
