Leads regional strategic sourcing and procurement partnerships for Mars Snacking North America. Owns sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, commercial execution, performance accountability, risk management, and collaboration with global sourcing teams. Manages regional materials sourcing, KPIs, SLAs, crisis resolution, and business partnering across direct and indirect categories. Requires strong procurement methodology, financial analytics, project management, supplier management, and proficiency with Power BI, SAP, and MRP systems.

Leads consumer insights for the North America Fruity Candy portfolio, translating qualitative and quantitative research, market data, cultural trends, and shopper intelligence into brand, innovation, portfolio, and business strategies. Partners with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Innovation, Strategy, Finance, and Global teams; manages research agencies and budgets; identifies growth opportunities; and communicates actionable recommendations that influence decisions and drive business impact.

Manages an assigned sales territory by selling products to customers and retail outlets, building vendor relationships, distributing merchandise, and driving orders. Coordinates sales strategies, supports associates, ensures promotional compliance, maintains product distribution and shelf presentation, manages merchandising supplies, and records accurate information using handheld technology. The role requires sales experience, customer relationship skills, merchandising knowledge, physical capability, and a valid driver’s license.

Leads strategic sourcing and procurement partnerships for Mars Snacking North America. Serves as the procurement point of contact for strategic product teams, integrates sourcing and supply-risk considerations into product development and business planning, and coordinates category and sourcing leads through commercialization. Champions design-for-value, cost reduction, supply resilience, supplier innovation, and working capital improvements while managing supplier relationships, business financials, risks, projects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
