Job Description:
Location: Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Kropyvnytskyi
Temporary position: 3-year fixed-term contract
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage relationships with purchasers of the company’s products (hereinafter referred to as “clients”), providing timely and comprehensive information regarding the terms of cooperation with the company and the features and benefits of the company’s products. Conduct negotiations with prospective and existing clients and present solutions effectively and persuasively in line with the company’s strategy.
- Develop sales growth plans for the assigned territory and achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each reporting period, taking into account the guidance of the Line Manager and/or the Marketing and Specialized Sales Director and/or the General Manager.
- Execute sales volume plans within the assigned territory in accordance with targets set by the Line Manager and/or the Marketing and Specialized Sales Director and/or the General Manager.
- Conduct regular offline and online visits to dog and cat breeding professionals to maintain and increase the appropriate level of recommendation of the company’s products.
- Organize and participate in professional and educational events for PRO channel partners in order to communicate product-specific information and implement the optimal cooperation model.
- Ensure an appropriate level of awareness and understanding of the company’s products among cat and dog breeding professionals in order to strengthen the company’s reputation as a scientific reference in healthy nutrition for cats and dogs.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions for products and marketing materials at partners’ warehouses, including individuals providing warehousing services to the company, and ensure sufficient product stock levels.
- Identify additional opportunities to increase sales within the assigned territory and provide the Line Manager with plans to maximize these opportunities. Develop and support sales stimulation projects for the company’s products within the assigned territory in accordance with the Line Manager’s instructions.
- Identify and track competitor activities and provide relevant information to the Line Manager in the required format and within established timelines.
- Identify, study, and apply successful practices of colleagues from the PSR&O and VET channels within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance of product sales and customer service with company standards and implement actions aimed at continuously improving performance.
- Develop recommendations for the distributor, including, where applicable, guidance from the Line Manager and the Specialist regarding the optimal organization of work with products and clients, and ensure their implementation in accordance with agreements with the Line Manager.
- Ensure proper quality control of distributor reporting related to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), where applicable.
- Submit work plans for each working period to the Line Manager no later than two business days before the start of the respective period, or within another timeframe specified by the Line Manager.
- Follow the Line Manager’s instructions regarding the implementation of promotional activities or other initiatives aimed at supporting and promoting the company’s products.
- Communicate changes in cooperation terms to clients in a timely manner, taking into account the Line Manager’s instructions, including but not limited to changes in product prices, introduction of new discount conditions, etc., no later than the date of their approval or within another timeframe specified by the Line Manager, the Marketing and Specialized Sales Director and/or the General Manager.
