Leads the identification, development, testing, and scaling of AI and automation solutions across internal delivery processes and future customer-facing use cases. Builds automated test suites, scripts repetitive workflows, pilots generative AI and agentic tools, creates reusable automation assets, tracks measurable value, and enables teams through training and knowledge sharing. Collaborates with project managers, product owners, process owners, testing communities, and delivery teams to ensure maintainable, responsible, and broadly adopted solutions.

Leads the Integrated Business Planning cycle across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams. Owns forecasting, scenario planning, financial reconciliation, risk and opportunity identification, and executive performance reporting. Operates, troubleshoots, and improves automated manufacturing equipment and control systems. Responsibilities include PLC diagnostics, electrical drive system maintenance, preventive repairs, equipment rebuilds, new system installations, PLC code modernization, drive optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.

Manage 3PL logistics operations for the Northern hub, including warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, delivery, and returns. Monitor vendor KPIs, quality compliance, audits, SOPs, and operational improvements. Lead supply chain projects, new warehouse launches, digital transformation, and process optimization. Coordinate with the Tianjin plant, planning teams, headquarters, and external partners. Serve as the hub’s ERP, WMS, TMS, Webshot, and Agnostics system key user.

Lead end-to-end change communications for a global e-invoicing transformation. Develop stakeholder impact assessments, communication and training plans, leadership materials, targeted adoption campaigns, and consistent programme messaging. Coordinate with PMO, project leads, global business stakeholders, and Corporate Affairs. Monitor engagement and communication effectiveness while supporting readiness, implementation, adoption, and business continuity across suppliers, customers, and finance operations.

Manage key customers through account planning, business reviews, issue resolution, and performance monitoring to drive sales, availability, visibility, and compliance with program criteria across a territory.

Support SAP Quality and Food Safety solutions by translating requirements into technical user stories, writing and executing test cases, coordinating test data and UAT, tracking defects, and aligning technical, data, deployment, and business teams. Provide guidance on the SAP QM template, analyze template gaps, promote standardization, support deployments, and maintain documentation, training, and best practices across Hold & Release and product traceability processes.

Lead short-term production and supply planning for a manufacturing site, owning the 0–2 week scheduling horizon. Optimize production schedules, monitor tonnage and service metrics, manage running orders and labor priorities, and coordinate with production, material, outbound, capacity planning, and logistics teams. Support forward capacity planning, maintenance and outage management, packaging requirements, data integrity, and continuous improvement while coaching team members.

Provides functional and technical expertise for CRM and financial operations products across design, development, deployment, evolution, and support. Manages business demand, incidents, vendors, service and development performance, requirements translation, technical configuration, automation, problem-management improvements, documentation, releases, and stakeholder collaboration. Works within Agile and DevOps practices and supports global business users and transformation initiatives.
