In this role, you will be the brain behind our automated production lines. You will ensure our complex equipment runs effectively, prevent technical issues before they arise, and drive automation and control improvements across the plant.
🔍 What are we looking for?Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
Experience: We welcome fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn, as well as engineers with 1-5 years of experience in a similar automation or maintenance role.
Technical Skills (Must-Have):
Solid understanding or hands-on experience with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley).
Basic or advanced knowledge of drive technology and electronic drive systems (hajtáselektronika).
Desirable (Advantage): Prior experience in an FMCG or industrial manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
Soft Skills: Advanced problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a dynamic team.
IT: Confident PC user (Microsoft Office). Experience with SAP or production planning systems is a plus.
Languages: Confident Hungarian and English (verbal and written) as we operate in a global network.
Ensure System Reliability: Operate, troubleshoot, and diagnose highly complex automated machines and control systems to optimize quality and productivity.
Automation Diagnostics: Troubleshoot PLC-related errors and maintain electrical drive systems (frequency converters, servo drives).
Preventive Maintenance: Lead and execute planned preventive repairs, equipment rebuilds, and guide the installation of new automated systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify technical bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., modernizing PLC codes, optimizing drive settings).
Collaboration: Work closely with shift teams and cross-functional departments, ensuring a smooth and safe operational flow.
