Manage Orijen and Acana business on Tmall Flagship Store, developing growth strategies, investment plans, sales programs, budgets, campaigns, and promotions. Lead distributor collaboration across traffic, sales operations, and value chain management. Coach distributor sales representatives, conduct business reviews, analyze market and competitor intelligence, assess distributor capability, and lead business projects.
