Lead North America Category Center of Excellence to define a 3–5 year category vision, shopper-led growth strategies, and a standardized category toolkit. Lead Revenue Growth Management for Benelux snacking across pricing, promotions, mix, pack-price architecture and trade terms. Partner with sales, finance, category and global teams to drive profitable growth, prepare senior recommendations, embed SRM in account plans, and optimize commercial investments and promotional strategy.

Lead R&D delivery for Wet Technology Platform, driving complex product, process and formulation projects. Provide technical leadership for prototype development, pilot and factory-scale testing, data analysis, scale-up risk management, IP scouting, and capability building across R&D and supply teams.

Design and evolve the enterprise cloud platform by building Terraform modules, reference architectures, and CI/CD pipelines. Support governance, self-service via the Internal Developer Portal, M&A cloud integrations, multi-cloud decisions, and mentor engineers while growing into people leadership.
