Drive growth for HPE across partners by developing category strategy, identifying new business, cultivating vendor/partner relations, leveraging Xvantage insights, conducting market analysis, collaborating cross-functionally, and executing solution selling to expand and retain accounts.

Designs, implements, and maintains databases across multiple platforms. Creates data models, schemas, dictionaries, access methods, security, and recovery plans. Lead SRE, DevOps, Performance Engineering, and Release Management to ensure platform reliability while driving transformation to AI-powered automation and self-serve developer platforms. Own operational stability, SLIs/SLOs, CI/CD automation, predictive monitoring, automated remediation, performance testing, release orchestration, FinOps, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and lead high-performing teams and measure progress toward full pipeline autonomy and preventive reliability.

Serve as liaison between vendors and the organization to implement and manage vendor programs, marketing, and training. Negotiate and review vendor contracts, resolve invoice and contractual discrepancies, monitor vendor performance, and maintain positive vendor relationships. Work independently on moderate-to-complex projects using company procedures.

Lead a partner-led technical presales team delivering cloud architecture across AWS/Azure, driving services pipeline and revenue accountability, coaching senior SEs, enforcing presales quality and vendor-funded programs, and ensuring forecast discipline and cross-functional alignment.

Process customer sales orders end-to-end using SAP, support sales team with documentation and customer communications, coordinate with logistics/finance/warehouse to ensure fulfillment, prepare sales reports and analyze order trends, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Manage Cisco product lines with vendors and channel partners, execute go-to-market plans and vendor-funded programs, forecast and analyze market trends, pitch value propositions to resellers and end users, identify new business opportunities, and deliver seminars and product training.

Lead global customer support operations for platform support, claims & returns, and vendor support. Ensure platform stability, SLA compliance, vendor performance, and continuous improvement through automation, AI-driven workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive operational transformation, coach global teams, and optimize reverse logistics to improve cycle time, cost-to-serve, and customer experience.
