Your role in making an impact

We are looking for a Business Development Manager HPE to join our high-performing team in Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening partner relationships, and accelerating HPE solutions adoption across the market, focusing on HPE Aruba Networking.

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of channel partners, ensuring strong engagement and revenue growth

  • Drive sales of HPE Aruba Networking solutions, aligning with regional strategies and targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead pipeline generation activities

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners and HPE stakeholders

  • Provide partners with product knowledge, commercial guidance, and go-to-market support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, technical, operations) to deliver seamless partner experience

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to inform strategy

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking

What you’ll contribute to our team

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field

  • Minimum 5+ years of strategic sales, business development, or account management experience, ideally within distribution environments

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity background (HPE experience is highly preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage partner ecosystems and drive revenue growth

  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset

  • Demonstrated success driving year-over-year profitability growth.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex, solution-based deals.
