Lead and mentor software engineers, implement CI/CD and automated testing, optimize search (Solr/Elasticsearch/Endeca), maintain catalog ingestion/indexing pipelines, drive Agile practices, handle production incidents, and ensure secure, compliant releases.

Drive customer and vendor success by building relationships, accelerating adoption of the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform, and identifying growth opportunities using data insights. Support customer acquisition, retention, upgrades, and cross-sell initiatives; assist pre-sales with demos and proposals; deliver training and enablement; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Vendor Management to drive measurable business outcomes.

Provide advanced pre-sales technical support by analyzing customer systems and needs, designing complex HPE-based solutions, managing large projects, and coaching junior staff. Act as subject matter expert, influencing technical strategy and implementing enterprise products. Requires deep technical knowledge and strong client-facing skills.

Provide pre-sales consultation, training, and enablement to HPE partners to build and grow their practices. Build reseller and vendor relationships, educate partners on IT solutions and market trends, raise partner technical proficiency, offer thought leadership, and influence stakeholders to accelerate business growth with Ingram Micro.
