Support growth of Cisco partner business by identifying and recruiting partners, generating opportunities, managing partner lifecycle, driving onboarding and engagement, monitoring pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to execute go-to-market and enablement activities.

The Technical Consultant will lead Azure modernisation projects, design cloud solutions, mentor colleagues, and ensure successful customer engagements.

Identify and develop new and existing customer opportunities; build, position, and sell solutions, programs, and services. Conduct market research and feasibility studies, analyze financial/competitive/sales data, and manage moderate-to-complex projects independently with general supervision.

Requires a four-year degree (or equivalent) and three years' relevant experience, including at least one year in the role.

Manage end-to-end sales order processing using SAP, support the sales team with documentation and customer communications, coordinate with logistics, finance and supply chain to resolve order issues, and prepare sales reports and performance dashboards while identifying process improvements.

Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers; sell solutions, programs, and services; conduct market and financial analysis; manage projects and processes; coach junior staff; champion complex initiatives to grow revenue and customer relationships.

Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders: develop and implement HR strategies, drive talent management, onboarding, performance and compensation programs, manage employee relations and compliance, analyze HR metrics, and lead HR projects to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness within an IT distribution/technology corporate business unit.

Manage and grow a portfolio of reseller accounts through inbound and outbound sales, meet revenue and margin targets, process orders and quotations, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, support vendor campaigns, and provide high-quality customer service while collaborating with internal teams.

Lead and deliver advanced analytics and machine learning solutions across Sales, Vendor Management, Cloud, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain. Scope projects, build and deploy predictive models, produce executive-ready insights, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue, operational efficiency, and strategic decisions.

Lead and execute multi-channel marketing plans for Microsoft Cloud, manage vendor MDF budgets and claims, optimize digital campaigns, coordinate with Vendor Management and Sales, own marketing financial operations and reporting, and drive partner engagement and platform adoption.
