Continuously identify exposed digital assets, shadow IT, vulnerabilities, and attack paths across cloud, on-premises, IoT, and endpoint environments. Implement and operate attack surface management solutions, develop scanners and detection scripts, prioritize remediation, collaborate with infrastructure and development teams, and automate integrations using AWS and Python. Support proactive defense across large-scale global infrastructure.

Analyze marketing and CRM data to support campaign operations, including audience segmentation, reporting, data feeds, data pulls, and user behavior analysis. Use SQL and Python to build customer segments, identify performance drivers, investigate data issues, and deliver actionable insights. Maintain accurate documentation and code while communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders in Mandarin and English.

Lead the vision, roadmap, and full product lifecycle for Coupang’s Catalog platform. Manage and scale a team of Product Managers while coordinating with engineering, data science, product, operations, infrastructure, and international stakeholders. Drive AI/ML-powered catalog automation, prioritize initiatives, optimize customer experience, review performance metrics, and guide large-scale product development from strategy through launch.

Lead paid social and display marketing strategy, execution, budgeting, measurement, and optimization across Taiwan. Manage Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and publisher investments; build and develop channel teams; drive incrementality testing and attribution improvements; partner with creative, product, and data science teams; manage platform relationships; and present performance, forecasts, and investment recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead architecture and development for high-scale backend systems supporting inventory and promise capabilities. Design microservices and machine learning pipelines, solve complex distributed-systems problems, and ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience. Provide technical leadership across teams, conduct complex code reviews, mentor engineers, and guide architecture direction.
