Principal, Tech Executive Recruiter
Summary: Join Coupang as a Principal, Tech Executive Recruiter, and play a critical role in identifying and hiring the next generation of technology leaders. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior internal customers to understand their hiring needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience working in a tier-1 internet company or high-growth challenger brand.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical thinker adept in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial culture.
- Proven sound business judgment with the ability to communicate and influence effectively, including at the executive level.
- Capability to think strategically while managing tactical execution in an agile environment.
