Supports assigned members’ digital marketing and online reputation efforts. Coordinates requests, projects, deliverables, outreach, account audits, and collaboration with internal marketing teams. Monitors reviews, analyzes organic and paid marketing performance, identifies trends and opportunities, and helps execute strategies that improve visibility, traffic, engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Maintains accurate account data and provides responsive member support.

Supports Regional Business Consultants by servicing member accounts, responding to inquiries, educating members, coordinating projects and initiatives, escalating issues, preparing communications and reports, supporting training and store visits, and promoting adoption of Microsoft 365 and member-facing technology solutions.

Provides help desk and technical support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, hardware, and software. Responsibilities include resolving and escalating tickets, managing hardware and software inventory, leading device refreshes, setting up users, installing upgrades, and maintaining documentation. The role also requires clear customer communication, troubleshooting expertise, task prioritization, and familiarity with Microsoft tools, email, calendaring, and spam filtering.

Manage specialty program property claims from assignment to resolution, validate estimates and payments, liaise with contractors, stores, and carriers, produce reporting, identify contractor performance trends, and maintain clear documentation to ensure accurate financial and quality outcomes.

Process and reconcile electronically and manually submitted claims and job assignments; contact contractors, member stores, and customers to confirm assignments; update and verify claim records in internal CTS; handle department email communications and assist with administrative tasks and reporting to ensure accurate, timely service delivery.
