We are seeking a highly collaborative and customer service-oriented professional as an Assistant Account Manager (Assistant Regional Business Consultant) in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups division to provide service and backup to members of the Regional Business Consultant (RBC) team. You will be responsible for implementing and completing various member services functions, nurturing member relationships, coordinating multiple projects, and supporting the Member Services department.

Our Assistant Regional Business Consultant will:
- Service the RBC team when they are visiting Members and out of the office to ensure that the level of customer service to their members is met, providing back up in the form of retail, marketing, financial and operation consultation to their members.
- Respond to member inquiries, educate members on available programs and support operational, marketing, technology, and business improvement initiatives.
- Act as an advocate for members by escalating issues, identifying opportunities, and helping deliver timely resolutions.
- Provide project coordination and administration which includes managing and coordinating member-facing projects, pilot programs, surveys, meetings, and initiatives and developing communications, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and training materials.
- Partner closely with RBC’s, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and other internal teams to support member success and provide logistical and administrative support for field training, store visits, and member engagement activities.
- Provide training and adoption support for Microsoft 365 tools, collaboration platforms, and member-facing technology solutions. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, standardization, and technology adoption.
- Attend annual winter convention

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years’ retail sales, customer service, member support, or related business environment along with administrative or coordinator, or project support experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, respond quickly, and absorb new information and systems efficiently.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with ability to communicate with corporate staff, Members, and Vendor Partners in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner.
- Ability to develop and edit business communications, presentations, reports and training materials.
- Must be able to interpret a variety of complex instructions and comprehend procedures.
- Ability to perform information/data gathering assignments with little or no supervision.
