Designs, programs, commissions, and improves PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotic, machine-vision, and automated manufacturing systems. Supports equipment launches, installations, testing, troubleshooting, safety, quality improvement, process studies, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include month-end procedures, internal controls, and risk modeling for customer RFQs, along with ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.

Leads broad HR activities including recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, HR systems administration, rewards and recognition, surveys, diversity initiatives, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement. The role partners with internal councils, supports HR strategy, manages engagement and grievance initiatives, and contributes to EHS programs within an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Supports automotive product engineering through engineering change management, customer requirements reviews, BOM and drawing releases, DFMEA and test specification updates, prototype quoting and builds, validation testing, problem solving, IMDS submissions, and technical support for production plants.

Manage customer orders in SAP, ensure ERP data integrity, coordinate shipments to meet OEM requirements, resolve EDI errors, manage demand changes and supply risks, analyze performance metrics, drive corrective actions and process improvements, and support NPI launch setups and client integrations.

Owns traction inverter and automotive power electronics system functions across the product lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture, validation, production release, defect analysis, risk assessment, and technical reviews. Collaborates with software, hardware, controls, test, customers, and suppliers to deliver hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion systems while improving systems engineering processes.

Design and develop embedded software for actuator controls and motor-drive systems. Develop FOC, SVPWM, MTPA, field-weakening, and compensation algorithms; implement EtherCAT and CANopen protocol stacks; integrate encoder systems; optimize real-time performance on ARM and TI platforms; and support board bring-up, system debugging, manufacturing, and production troubleshooting.
