- Serve as the business unit SIMS subject-matter expert and primary contact for user support, process questions, system changes, and enhancements.
- Train users and represent business needs through requirements definition, testing, rollout, adoption, and guidance on reports, workflows, and data requirements.

- Manage the business unit pursuit and bookings process in SIMS, including wins-and-losses reporting, pipeline status, forecasts, and performance against annual targets.
- Ensure targets, results, sourcing dates, pursuit status, assumptions, booking evidence, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
- Audit process compliance, resolve deficiencies with account teams, and provide leadership visibility to attainment, win/loss trends, major opportunities, delays, and risks.
Quote Approval Process Administration and Governance
- Organize and schedule resource and quote approval reviews with regional leadership, coordinating presenters, stakeholders, approval authority, and review cadence.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, confirm materials and decision topics are ready, track review status and actions, and support timely approvals.
- Maintain complete, consistent, and traceable documentation and approval evidence in SIMS in accordance with GGB directives, process requirements, and audit-readiness standards.
Target Alignment Process (TAP) Coordination
- Coordinate the annual TAP preparation process, establishing timelines and organizing pre-TAP and leadership reviews.
- Align Sales, product-line, plant, Finance, champion, and leadership stakeholders and ensure analyses, risks, opportunities, forecast explanations, recommendations, and presentations are complete.
- Maintain the working presentation, refresh approved reporting, facilitate reviews and dry runs, and close open actions before final leadership review.
Sales Process, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
- Provide recurring and ad hoc analysis of sales data, booking performance, forecast movements, pricing, and business win/loss trends.
- Maintain standardized reports, dashboards, templates, and process documentation, and support audits of sales-process execution, approvals, and records.
- Drive cross-functional process improvement by simplifying and standardizing practices, communicating decisions and requirements, and tracking actions to completion.
