One-year temporary Industrial Engineer role responsible for packaging layout and production configurations for pre-packs and final packs. Collaborate with global plant industrial engineering teams to optimize manufacturing, ensure FIFO compliance, drive continuous improvement, maintain packaging guidelines, and provide industrial engineering expertise across development and plant stakeholders.

Lead and develop an engineering team focused on packaging and packing technology—driving automation, digitalization, continuous improvement, platform standardization, and production-ready technical solutions through stakeholder collaboration, resource allocation, and competence development.

Produce social and campaign video content for LEGO China/APAC, handling pre-production, shooting, post-production and platform-specific adaptations. Work with the Creative Director and social team to create quick-turnaround, experimental content, liaise with external production partners, and ensure the LEGO brand resonates with Chinese audiences.

Deliver legal services including contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management for APAC, with a focus on Vietnam operations.

The Team Coordinator manages warehouse activities, ensures safety compliance, trains team members, and coordinates material flow to meet production needs while achieving KPIs.

Lead LEGO Taiwan with full P&L responsibility: set and execute commercial (sales and marketing) strategy, drive GTM and channel expansion, manage strategic customer partnerships, and lead the Taiwan sales and office teams. Provide site leadership (health, safety, office management), embed company values and culture, and develop people to deliver growth targets across revenue, consumer sales, and brand health.

Provide technical leadership to build, maintain, and optimize core software components/platforms (engine-like) for tech-enabled play using motion, sound, and color detection. Collaborate with firmware and system architects, mentor the team, improve performance on constrained hardware, deliver new experiences, and enhance processes and workflows.

Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns for the LEGO Botanicals franchise. Provide consumer and commercial insights to support product and portfolio development. Manage selling-in of portfolio and marketing plans, align brand and packaging guidelines, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure cohesive brand communication and effective campaign delivery.

Lead creative direction and execution of product and packaging visual storytelling across multiple LEGO franchises. Manage and inspire internal teams and external partners, translate briefs into compelling packaging, shape visual identity, navigate stakeholders, and drive cross-functional improvements while fostering collaboration and developing others.

Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive and communicate commercial strategy, prepare ELT/Board materials, track strategic initiatives, run leadership meeting processes, and lead a global team of seven strategy professionals to deliver high-impact strategic projects.
