Leads global billing technology initiatives by managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery outcomes. Coordinates business, architecture, development, testing, and operations teams; ensures operational readiness and enterprise alignment. Provides technical oversight, solution design guidance, and leadership for a small team of solution design professionals while mentoring and developing delivery capabilities.

Lead strategy, execution, and measurement for enterprise-scale email, push, and SMS lifecycle campaigns in the home and mortgage space. Resolves security issues affecting project milestones, performs risk analysis and security reviews, develops risk-based solutions, advises on security policies, and supports compliance across transactional web systems. Collaborates with project teams, business units, partners, and vendors while monitoring threats, vulnerabilities, security technologies, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Execute control testing through walkthroughs, sampling, root cause analysis, and assessments of control design and effectiveness. Document procedures and findings, identify deficiencies, evaluate impacts, support remediation planning, and collaborate with stakeholders and analytics teams. Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver reliable APIs, integrations, reporting, and data-focused capabilities. Communicate technical decisions clearly and practice frequent, high-quality delivery through automated testing and collaborative development.

Build and maintain full-stack product features across frontend and backend using TypeScript and Python. Design, test, deploy, and operate APIs and interconnected services in a TDD-first, product-driven environment. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams on architecture, UX, trade-offs, and end-to-end delivery. Improve service availability, security, reliability, and frontend workflows while applying agile and CI/CD practices.

Designs and delivers infrastructure-as-code solutions, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, intelligent alerting, and reliable AWS platforms. Manages ECS and EKS workloads, addresses vulnerabilities, troubleshoots production and non-production issues, conducts root cause analysis, and improves system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Collaborates with software and data teams, develops operational policies, and communicates risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
