Lead and deliver complex semiconductor package design and assembly projects: define/update package design rules, drive BOM selection and qualification, oversee data and qualification reviews, implement AQP and quality tools (DFMEA/PFMEA/Ishikawa/DRBFM/8D), manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, collaborate cross-functionally and with vendors, and mentor junior engineers.
