Owns the operational health, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications. Manages incidents, problem resolution, releases, change governance, vendors, SLAs, KPIs, and ServiceNow workflows. Leads cross-functional teams, drives root-cause remediation, improves operational processes, communicates with executive stakeholders, and ensures reliable business system performance.

Leads requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Partners with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, technical, and leadership teams to improve processes and deliver scalable solutions. Manages functional deliverables across implementations and enhancements, uses Azure DevOps for requirements and project tracking, and supports adoption through documentation, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.

Support and administer the OneStream financial consolidation and reporting platform. Manage user access and security, assist with metadata, workflows, reports, and business rules. Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and implementation partners to test, validate, and improve processes, provide end-user support and training, and identify automation opportunities.

Creates and edits videos, motion graphics, animations, 3D models, and visual assets for marketing, internal communications, social media, websites, training, events, and employer branding. Supports filming, lighting, audio, media asset management, brand consistency, and campaign content development. The role also involves optimizing CAD geometry, creating manufacturing equipment models, and using premade 3D assets. Collaborates with marketing teams while developing skills in branding, content strategy, analytics, and digital marketing.

Participates in financial, operational, compliance, IT, and strategic audits across the company portfolio. Responsibilities include audit planning, testing, data analysis, risk assessment, report preparation, findings validation, remediation follow-up, process improvement, and support for external financial audits. The role also assists with special projects and requires collaboration with management and audit teams. Travel is 30–50%, including international travel.

Manage customer accounts using D365, process orders, resolve invoicing/warranty/pricing issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze sales performance, support sales campaigns, mentor CSRs, and meet KPIs to drive aftermarket revenue and customer satisfaction.
