Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team and platform: set roadmap, remove blockers, coach staff, enforce Agile/Scrum practices, design BI architecture, prioritize backlog, ensure quality and usability, and translate stakeholder data needs into actionable BI solutions.

Lead website maintenance and optimisation in WordPress, support SEO and paid media campaigns (Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn), execute email and lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, improve UX and conversion rates using analytics, and produce cross-channel reporting and strategic recommendations to drive demand generation for a B2B SaaS audience.
