Leads the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across offices, manufacturing sites, engineering teams, and data centers. Manages network engineering staff, oversees troubleshooting and infrastructure projects, maintains monitoring and documentation, manages firewalls and access controls, and coordinates with internal teams, service providers, field operations, and vendors. The role is hands-on and responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing connectivity across multiple locations.

Own and engineer Riot's identity environment: administer Entra ID/AD and Microsoft 365, manage conditional access, PIM, MFA, endpoints (Intune/Jamf), automate configuration as code (Terraform/AWS CDK/SaltStack), build CI/CD pipelines, script tooling (PowerShell, Python, C#), and implement monitoring and audit logging (Prometheus, Grafana). Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security to advance a DevOps operating model.

Manage daily inventory operations at a Waco data center: supervise staff, maintain accurate records, use RF scanning and ERP/NetSuite to track receipts, rotate stock, set reorder points, coordinate with procurement/logistics, enforce safety and PPE compliance, and drive process improvements to prevent shortages and excess stock.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs across onboarding, leadership, compliance, technical and internship tracks. Develops instructional materials, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, administers the LMS, measures program effectiveness, and partners with managers and Talent Management to identify learning needs and improve curriculum and learner experience.

The Transformer Field Assembly Technician will assemble, install, inspect, and maintain medium and high voltage power transformers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while interfacing with clients and other contractors.

The Senior Field Technician provides technical support, performs on-site service, conducts testing and troubleshooting of equipment, and ensures compliance with safety standards while traveling frequently.

The Substation Relay Technician installs, maintains, and tests protective relaying equipment in substations, supporting project management and ensuring operational reliability.
