Design and refine Clio’s Document Management System, owning UI and interaction execution from concept through testing. Collaborate with senior designers, respond to customer feedback, support research, reinforce design-system patterns, and explore AI-enabled document workflows. The role emphasizes strong visual and interaction craft, systems thinking, usability, and clear evidence-based communication while helping scale the product for complex legal practices.

Serve as a legal-domain pre-sales consultant for mid-market law firms: lead discovery, deliver tailored Clio product demos and pilots, advise on safe AI adoption, convert practice needs into workflows, influence product via user insights, mentor sales and success teams, and represent Clio in legal tech thought leadership.

Leads and develops a technical VoIP support and implementation team while personally handling complex SIP troubleshooting and escalations. Owns team scheduling, capacity, performance, SLAs, documentation, provisioning standards, call-flow configuration, number porting, messaging compliance, and onboarding quality. Partners with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success leadership on communications initiatives, monitors service metrics, hires team members, and contributes to cross-functional VoIP projects.

Create and execute graphic design across advertising, social, case studies, presentations, digital, print, experiential, marketing, campaigns, and events. Own projects from brief through final QA, maintain Clio’s visual brand, support sub-brand identity work, and collaborate with creative leads and stakeholders. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish design capability, strong production skills, brand-system experience, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools.

Design, develop, and maintain secure integrations across NetSuite, Coupa, Leapfin, and other enterprise systems. Build iPaaS workflows, custom connectors, webhook and event-driven automations, bulk synchronization processes, monitoring, error handling, and retry mechanisms. Translate finance requirements into technical specifications and data mappings, support implementation projects, document architectures, and maintain audit readiness. Apply AI-powered tooling to automate finance operations while ensuring compliance, security, and reliable handling of sensitive financial data.

Manage and scale Clio’s global privacy program, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other regulations. Responsibilities include privacy policy and training development, compliance monitoring, DPIAs and PIAs, DSAR workflows, metrics and reporting, Privacy by Design collaboration, incident response support, and third-party vendor privacy assessments. The role also advises on evolving laws, negotiates data processing agreements, and evaluates privacy risks from AI processes and automated agents.

Manage and grow business development teams responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities. Exceed sales targets, coach and develop team members, recruit for future needs, monitor KPIs, collaborate with sales leadership and business operations, improve processes, and align stakeholders across sales segments. The role requires strong sales leadership, communication, organization, and experience in fast-paced technology or SaaS environments.

Build scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, mentor and review code, collaborate across distributed teams, diagnose and solve cross-team problems, work in an Agile environment, and apply AI to improve development. Hybrid role based in Toronto with two office days weekly.

Own customer onboarding and ongoing success across APAC by delivering tailored training, guiding customers to first value, monitoring account health, resolving complex issues, managing escalations, and reducing churn. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams, identify cross-sell opportunities, champion product adoption, capture feedback, improve documentation and processes, mentor junior colleagues, and lead projects that enhance service delivery and team culture.

Provide global IT support, managing tickets through resolution, documenting troubleshooting, and communicating solutions. Support employee onboarding by managing access to systems and applications. Maintain hardware inventories and coordinate procurement, deliveries, repairs, and vendor logistics. Configure and support Okta, macOS, iOS, Windows, and SaaS applications across more than 2,500 endpoints, including Okta Workflows, SCIM provisioning, groups, and rules.
