In this role, you'll work alongside your colleagues in Sales and Customer Success. You will participate in discovery and lead high-impact demonstrations, ensuring customers not only understand what Clio can do, but experience meaningful, measurable improvements in the way they research, draft, analyze and deliver legal work.
You are energized by helping law firms practice more efficiently and effectively, and you know how to secure the "practice win": connecting AI to real outcomes for lawyers. You're an expert communicator, natural consultative partner and passionate about legal AI. You are as comfortable presenting to a room full of attorneys as you are taking information from a discovery call and building out skills and playbooks in the product.
What you’ll work onIn this role, you will leverage your legal expertise to help other attorneys navigate the most significant technological shift in the industry’s history. You will:
Act as a Strategic Advisor: Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery sessions with mid-sized law firms, uncovering their business goals and operational pain points.
Show, Don't Just Tell: Design and deliver tailored, live product demonstrations of the Clio platform that resonate with the practical day-to-day work of a legal professional. You will masterfully navigate technical, emotional, and ethical objections during these presentations, leveraging your legal background to build rapport and trust with firm partners and associates.
Navigate the AI Frontier: Articulate Clio’s AI vision, helping firms understand how to safely adopt automation for drafting, research, document analysis, and administrative efficiency.
Design and run high-impact trials. Work with our most strategic law firm accounts on what a great pilot looks like: the outcomes they want to achieve, the practice areas to focus on, and the specific legal tasks that will demonstrate real, scalable value. Ensure successful engagement, adoption, and measurable results.
Architect Tailored Solutions: Convert the complex needs of practicing attorneys into workflows in Clio, demonstrating how Clio solves specific practice-area needs.
Be the voice of the lawyer. Translate insights into actionable user stories for Product to influence the platform roadmap. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure messaging reflects the realities of modern practice. Create content that showcases real-world AI success stories for legal audiences.
Scale the Expertise: Act as a mentor to the broader Sales and Customer Success organization, leading internal training sessions to upskill peers on the nuances of legal workflows across different practice areas, and how to effectively position AI-driven solutions.
