Lead safety development for vehicle programs: set functional objectives, develop impact scripts, plan and execute component and full-vehicle tests, support virtual validation with CAE, investigate root causes across disciplines, influence design, and manage safety performance through launch including travel to testing grounds.

Develop, reduce, and maintain plant models and reusable model libraries for MIL/SIL/HIL. Configure and commission HIL simulators, integrate models, support ECU hardware interfaces and harness design, troubleshoot simulation/integration issues, benchmark HIL technologies, and collaborate globally with software, controls, calibration, and systems teams to validate powertrain systems (ICE/HEV/BEV).

Implement generative AI use cases, integrate solutions with engineering systems and CI/CD pipelines, run pilots and transition to production, and collaborate with global teams to drive adoption and improve engineering efficiency.

Lead design, governance, and optimization of collision parts incentive and wholesale programs to drive OE parts utilization, dealer engagement, and profitable sales growth. Analyze program performance, build business cases, manage forecasts and payouts, develop dealer-facing tools and reports, and collaborate cross-functionally and across North America to improve adoption, compliance, and market share.

Develop and maintain low-level embedded base software for propulsion and powertrain control within an RTOS. Implement, configure, and integrate AUTOSAR basic software and low-level drivers; perform design, coding (C/C++), unit/integration testing, and verification (white/black/gray box). Use debuggers, emulators, data acquisition tools, and support simulation/virtualization while adhering to MISRA-C and ISO 26262 standards.

Lead cross-functional teams with suppliers and plant functions to ensure incoming part quality for vehicle launches. Drive containment, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions, support warranty reduction and Obeya initiatives, present status to leadership, and improve supplier and manufacturing processes to ensure launch readiness.

The Supplier Quality Vehicle Line manages vehicle programs, ensuring quality milestones are met for supplier components while collaborating with multiple departments.

Serve as the central liaison for Infrastructure Platforms & Operations, coordinating IT operations, managing compute and storage platforms, and overseeing projects and compliance.

Manage supplier quality for new, mid-cycle, and carryover vehicle programs across North America and affiliate plants. Lead cross-functional teams through component lifecycle: supplier selection, PPAP, containment, root cause analysis, launch support, program reporting, risk assessments, and quality milestone delivery. Present status to leadership and coordinate global supplier quality activities.
