Serves as a strategic HR partner to regional and retail leaders, developing people strategies and advising on employee relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, and leadership development. Candidates must be graduating by June 2027, start in July 2027, work in the Greater Boston area, and meet onsite requirements at Panera’s support center.

Ten-week summer internship embedded within a Panera Support Center team. Manages complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, expenses, communications, presentations, and confidential information. Coordinates events, facilities, audiovisual resources, and administrative projects while exercising independent judgment. Develops and deploys targeted email, SMS, mobile push, and app campaigns using marketing technology. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, creative coordination, QA, testing, rewards and offer deployment, campaign tagging, performance reporting, and optimization through personalization and A/B testing. The role partners with data teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Owns end-to-end supply chain performance for assigned product categories, including inventory, capacity, product transitions, promotions, and limited-time offers. Develops supply plans, manages supplier and distribution partner performance, monitors KPIs, mitigates disruptions, and drives continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with sourcing, culinary, quality, category management, and operations while communicating supply risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
