Packaging engineering intern responsible for developing and commercializing chocolate packaging from concept through production. Duties include creating prototypes, technical drawings, specifications, material evaluations, line trials, factory commissioning, competitor analysis, machinery interaction testing, and data-driven decision-making. Develops budgets, forecasts, engineering solutions, manufacturing roadmaps, and equipment strategies while ensuring quality, safety, environmental, and business standards. Leads cross-functional stakeholders, change management, simplification, capability building, benchmarking, and supply chain productivity initiatives. Supports plant growth, cost optimization, asset harmonization, and delivery of strategic manufacturing agendas.

Leads cross-functional food product development and innovation projects from bench-top concepts through pilot plant and factory trials. Responsibilities include product specifications, shelf-life testing, consumer testing, technical analysis, digital simulation, stakeholder influence, technical documentation, and compliance with GMP and HACCP. The role focuses on chocolate and confectionery innovation, collaboration with marketing, procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing, and coaching others.

Supports brand management, innovation launches, consumer promotions, e-commerce activations, social media campaigns, performance dashboards, and campaign reporting. Collaborates with Brand Managers, media and creative agencies, and internal e-commerce teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance, optimize visibility, and provide actionable insights.

Administer training and development programs for the Capability team, including scheduling, invitations, materials, facilities, catering, equipment, budgets, invoicing, supplier relationships, learning portal content, internal communications, course tools, KPI reporting, annual training schedules, and course evaluations.

Lead internal controls across multiple WACAM countries and processes, partnering with senior leadership to strengthen control frameworks, compliance, SOX testing, CSA, and continuous monitoring. Conduct risk-based reviews across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing; advise on remediation and process improvements; and lead harmonization and automation initiatives. Manage, coach, and develop a team of internal controls professionals while collaborating with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Coordinates talent acquisition and HR shared-service processes, including candidate communication, Workday recordkeeping, compliance documentation, internal offer preparation, payroll handoffs, and onboarding support. The role builds relationships with hiring stakeholders, manages multiple cases, ensures accurate and timely data, prepares reports, and supports continuous process improvement. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with a hybrid full-time schedule in Romania.
