Design and produce branded marketing materials across print and digital channels, including executive presentations, social and email assets, event collateral, and advertising. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, prepare print-ready files, manage multiple projects, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, high-quality visual communications that support client engagement and business development.

Monitor mutual funds and segregated client accounts for adherence to regulatory, prospectus, and client-imposed investment restrictions. Perform pre-trade screening and post-trade exception analysis, escalate breaches, respond to information requests, prepare regulatory reporting, support onboarding by interpreting investment guidelines, and improve compliance controls and systems. Process cash management, trade instructions, account openings/closings, gifts, and reconciliations; ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of trade fails and client requests. Support onboarding, changes, and termination of intermediary relationships; coordinate agreements (NDAs, contracts); manage incoming requests, records, trackers and audit-ready documentation; assist with reporting, data cleanup, standardization, and process improvements; leverage AI and digital tools; act as a routine support contact for internal stakeholders.

Support client service and business development for private credit products by responding to investor inquiries (particularly Japanese), preparing deliverables and RFP responses, coordinating with investment and BD teams, assisting event preparation/execution, and maintaining accurate investor communications and materials.

The Risk Analyst will monitor investment risks, produce reports, conduct stress testing, enhance risk models, and collaborate with teams.

Perform performance measurement, attribution, and risk analysis across funds and asset classes; produce recurring and custom reports; investigate data issues; automate reporting; partner with portfolio managers to explain performance and drive process improvements.

Produce recurring and ad-hoc investment risk reports, maintain reporting controls, perform ETL, reconcile and validate multi-system data, investigate discrepancies, support portfolio analyses, automate data workflows, build and enhance Tableau dashboards, identify data quality improvements using AI, and document procedures while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.

Three-year term supporting quantitative multi-asset research: develop Python research and software for the MosaiQ platform, build predictive signals and risk models, create and maintain financial forecasts, collaborate with senior analysts and PMs, present recommendations, attend investment meetings, and manage project deliverables. On-site in Boston four days per week.
