Own demand forecasts and drive S&OP alignment across Sales, Brand, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations. Analyze trends, forecast accuracy, risks, opportunities, and business impacts using Oracle, Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools. Lead consensus planning, scenario modeling, process improvements, and cross-functional decision-making while coaching planners and supporting strategic demand planning.

Manages R&D projects involving new product development, laboratory upgrades, prototyping, formulation, process validation, testing, and claims substantiation for adhesives, tapes, coatings, and sealants. Leads the enterprise consumer and market insights capability for Gorilla Glue and O'Keeffe's. Directs primary and secondary research, brand health tracking, competitive and category intelligence, market sizing, innovation support, and strategic insight translation. Partners with Brand, Sales, R&D, Innovation, and leadership teams to inform growth decisions, while managing research vendors, budgets, and a consumer insights team. Also develops AI-enabled research capabilities and coaches insights professionals.

Coordinates multiple small cross-functional projects from initiation through launch. Responsibilities include developing schedules and work plans, facilitating meetings, tracking deliverables, communicating status and risks, maintaining documentation, analyzing issues, and supporting timely execution within scope, budget, and schedule.

Processes high-volume PO and non-PO invoices, performs three-way matching, resolves discrepancies, manages vendor data, executes payment runs, reconciles accounts, and supports financial close and compliance. The role also improves AP workflows through automation, Excel-based analysis, system testing, documentation, and collaboration with Finance and IT.

Manages HRIS configuration, implementations, upgrades, integrations, data integrity, reporting, analytics, compliance, audits, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Compensation, and Total Rewards teams to align HR technology with business needs and support workforce planning and performance management.

Support Walmart sales team by analyzing POS, syndicated, and shopper data to create selling stories, evaluate promotions, quantify ROI and lift, manage item setup, produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, and inform pricing and promotional strategy.
