The primary responsibility is to manage multiple small cross functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Each project requires the development and ongoing maintenance of a detailed project schedule and work plan. The position will actively contribute as part of cross-functional teams, ensuring all deliverables are achieved within defined scope, timeline, and budget. Key responsibilities include providing regular status updates, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and delivering a high standard of service and performance throughout the project lifecycle.

What will your day look like?

  • Coordinate and manage multiple small cross-functional projects from initiation through launch.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, driving alignment and accountability.
  • Apply established Project Management Fundamentals to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Perform project management processes and tasks to produce reliable, repeatable outcomes.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clearly communicate risks and exceptions (oral and written).
  • Document, compile, and summarize information for review and decision-making.
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and proactively highlight and mitigate risks.
  • Escalate unexpected results or observations promptly for guidance and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and process records.
  • Prioritize tasks and track progress through active cross-functional involvement.
  • Establish and foster cross-functional relationships with professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
  • Utilize available resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
  • Deliver a high standard of service and performance across all assigned projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

QualificationsWhat you bring to the table:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, applied science, or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of project coordination experience.

Specific Skills:

  • Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • Sound organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail and technically oriented Individual.
  • Action oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure to succeed within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibits curiosity and a learning mindset.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and solid problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative.
  • Knowledge of Supply Planning and general Operations preferred.
  • Team player, no job too big or too small.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, applied science, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of project coordination experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Knowledge of supply planning and general operations
  • Microsoft Project or similar project planning system experience
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform required physical activities
