Provide HR advisory and employee relations support including case management (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance), investigations, documentation, guidance to managers, support formal hearings, maintain records, and contribute to HR projects and policy improvement.

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and LLM-powered applications (knowledge assistants, RAG pipelines, semantic search). Develop data pipelines, ETL, and production ML systems with CI/CD, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Collaborate with engineers, product, and stakeholders to integrate AI into enterprise systems, ensure governance, and maintain documentation and model lifecycle management.

Lead design, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise-scale ML and Generative AI systems. Build cloud-native MLOps platforms, oversee LLM and RAG deployments, ensure governance, scalability, security, and compliance, and manage teams of AI and MLOps engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead design, architecture, development, and support of full-stack applications using Angular, C#/.NET APIs, and SQL Server. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive front-end and API architecture, optimize database performance, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, and lead modernization, DevOps, and incident resolution efforts.
