POSITION SUMMARY

Embedded within operations, this role builds the reporting, analysis, and process improvements that leadership and front-line teams rely on to manage daily performance and plan for what's ahead.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational decisions.
  • Create, maintain, and present reports/dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Design, build, and implement processes/tools with fast-moving datasets using machine learning, and statistical analysis methods.
  • Analyze operational datasets (flight activity, on-time performance, aircraft and crew utilization, ground and FBO data) to identify trends, patterns, and root causes that drive decisions.
  • Translate recurring operational questions into repeatable tools and automated workflows that cut manual effort.
  • Lead and support analytics projects end to end (vendor evaluations, capacity studies, performance analysis).
  • Where appropriate, apply statistical methods and LLM-assisted analysis to forecast and to handle high-volume, fast-changing data.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or other relevant degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in data analytics; or equivalent combination.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Excel, Python, PowerBI, and similar platforms, enabling efficient data analysis and visualization to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings clearly to both executives and front-line operational staff.
  • Have experience working with LLMs, leveraging their capabilities to enhance data analysis and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
